Our processes enables the entrepreneur to analyze their strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities to develop an innovative action oriented business plan. In addition, they will evaluate their personal leadership skills as they relate to being an entrepreneur and adjust accodingly. Most entrepreneurs begin with little or no staff but coming from a background where staff would have done most of the small tasks. This can be a hard adjustment for many entrepreneurs. They need to learn how to be a different leader. the entreprenural leader must learn to depend on his or her own internal resources which means personal leadership. Successful entrepreneurs are successful personal leaders.
