I’m a firm believer in positive thinking. At the same time I’m acutely aware that at times it’s difficult to maintain both motivation and a positive attitude 24/7 when we get mired in quicksand (which happens to all of us), or when the days just seem to get out of control. Sometimes breaking from routines helps. Other times, just a shift in mindset is all you need to get your momentum back. Good meaningful quotes can help us refocus and re-energize. So can laughter, especially when it helps us regain perspective on our lives and circumstances.
